You can either pay for your checks by debit/credit card, direct debit or the wallet facility.
Debit/Credit Card
Our card option allows you to pay for a check when required with a card payment. Users can opt to save a card when making a payment to prevent them from having to enter their card details each time.
Wallet
Our wallet facility gives you the option to put money into a ‘wallet’ that can be drawn upon, eliminating the need to pay for each application by card. Funds can be loaded into this facility either via card or bank transfer. There are no restrictions on who can top up the wallet facility.
Your wallet balance is always visible, and you have the option to withdraw the funds at any time.
If you’d like to keep track of your use of the wallet facility, you can view a live ‘statement history’ which can be filtered by date. If you’d like something more permanent for your records, there’s also the option to download the ‘statement history’ as a CSV file.
This ‘statement history’ shows all deposits, withdrawals, refunds and any checks that have used your funds. It can be used to view up to 12 months’ worth of records. The minimum top-up for the wallet facility is only £5.00, and the maximum top-up in one transaction is £300.00.
Funds can be added using Debit/Credit card or BACS payment (BACS payments will only be accepted as a means to 'top-up' the Wallet Facility).
BACS payments will be allocated to the Wallet Facility within 1 working day of receipt of cleared funds save where the correct payment reference has not been included.
Direct Debit
Direct debit is available subject to a successful credit check. Collections will be taken fortnightly for any checks that have been subjected during this time. Direct debit invoices are produced on the 3rd and 18th of the month and the payments are collected approximately 10 days after the payment date.
