How do I dispute a DBS certificate?

If the applicant disagrees with the information the DBS hold on record and believe that the information they have submitted on the current application is accurate, the applicant will need to discuss this with the DBS directly.  


The applicant can call the DBS on 03000 200 190 quoting their E0 reference number and ask to speak with the conflicts team. 


uCheck are unable to comment on what the outcome of such discussions may be as these will be treated on a case by case basis, and we will therefore be unaware of the status of the application until such time as the dispute has been resolved.
