What is an organisation reference?

Modified on Tue, 23 Jan, 2024 at 1:30 PM

For us to locate your account we will require your organisation reference. Your organisation reference will be unique to your organisation and will usually contain 4 letters and 1 number. We are unable to make any changes to the organisation reference.

Your organisation reference can be found in the welcome to uCheck email that you receive upon registering. We can resend the Welcome to uCheck email if you are unable to locate this, to do so please email help@ucheck.co.uk with your full name and organisation name. For us to resend this email you must be a registered user on the account.

Access to the Account

If you require access to an account this can be arranged by speaking with a registered user within your organisation. The registered user will be able to create a login for you. To do this the registered user will require your full name and email address.

If the registered user(s) are no longer with the organisation then we can arrange for you to have access to the account. To do this we will require an email from the most senior person within the organisation. The email must contain the organisation reference along with the full name and email of the new user. Once we receive permission from the most senior person, we will arrange to register you as a user.

Please note, there is a £6 admin fee for the addition of a new user. If the organisation pays by Direct Debit we can add this cost to the existing Direct Debit arrangement, for wallet paying customers we can take the payment from the existing balance. If the organisation pays by card then we will need to call you to take this payment over the telephone.
