What does a new note mean?

On occasion we may have to query an application if the position applied for does not indicate the eligibility for the check.

For standard and enhanced checks, the applicant must meet the DBS criteria to be checked.

If we do have to query an application, we will update the note section of the application. An email notification will be sent when this happens.

You can respond to the query on the note section of the application. We will be notified when you do this, and we will action the application accordingly.
