Add New User – HR Platform
To add a new user, please login to your account and go to the 'My Account' tab at the top of the home screen. Once you have reached this page, you will find an orange button which reads ‘Add New User’. If you click this button, you will then be able to input the details of the user that you would like to add.

Add New User - DBS Assist
To add a new user, please log in to your account, go to your dashboard and scroll to the bottom of the page. In the right-hand corner, you will have a box which says DBS Tools and inside that box is a button that reads ‘Register Additional System User’. Select this and enter the requested user details.
Removing Users
You will be unable to remove users yourself, please email your request to remove any users to help@ucheck.co.uk.
Password Reset
If you are unable to access your account and need to reset your password, we have modified our system so that incorrectly entering your password 3 times will now only temporarily lock you out of your account, you will then still be able to request that your password is reset using the 'Forgot your password?' link on the login page and regain access to your account without the need to contact our support team.
Please ensure you free type the temporary password and do not copy and paste it from the email as this will cause an error and will not unlock your account. Please also ensure that any autofill options are turned off so that old passwords are not being entered when trying to login using the temporary password.
